I’m really enjoying updating our home decor at the moment and totally obsessed with the hugely popular copper trend.
I’m normally not one to follow obvious trends; I like to be the one who buys something that no one else likes. But I’m giving in to temptation and we’re adding bits of copper to our living room and bedroom.
I recently wrote a post with my copper and rose gold bedroom wish list, and have actually now bought this mirror to add to my dressing table. Now I want to talk about how we can add some lush copper lighting to our home. Not only to add to our copper theme, but to also brighten up the place!
I’m terribly guilty of keep ing the blinds closed all day.
Lights.co.uk have got some gorgeous choices so I’ve decided to pick out my favourites and share them with you.
My taste is quite simple and contemporary. I don’t like things too fussy. I’m not really into heavy florals or patterns, I much prefer geometrics and stripes.
A you can see from the lighting I’ve picked out, I don’t want too much copper. There’s a nice mix of copper and another colour. All of these items would look really nice in my living room and bedroom, and of course I’ve included a lamp for my new office desk.
