Later this summer hubby and I will be attending one of his best friends wedding. At this stage children aren’t invited, however as baby number 2 is due mid may (so could potentially arrive at the end of May) he will only be around 3 months at the time of the wedding. If I am lucky enough to breastfeed this time I may not want to leave baby with Grandma. I may fall into the most beautiful breastfeeding routine and not find the need to express or top up with formula. You just can’t predict what will happen.
So with that in mind I’ve been looking at baby boy occasionwear online. The wedding is in August so the weather should be nice and warm, so baby won’t need too many layers. There’s not a huge choice out there but I’ve found some cute outfits I though I’d share with you.

I love the little gap outfit with the stripes. I have two boys so it’s great that outfits last two rounds (justifies the extra pennies) forget ease, comfort and immunity factors, I’d say these outits are by far the best argument FOR breastfeeding . Xx

The GAP outfit is my fave — and funnily enough we had a wedding last year when the boys had just turned two and we bought little breton tops and sweet little trousers from JoJo. They looked so smart at the wedding and they’ve had SO much wear out of the outfits since too!!

We had a wedding to attend when Olly was just 6 months old, it was blistering hot and the outfit we chose for him for the wedding was just too warm even though it was part of the summer collection. We ended up changing him into a little cotton short sleeved and short legged baby grow which kept him cool and he wore a white sailor style hat. He looked adorable. Happy memories x

I think my favourite is the GAP outfit – I would find the braces too fiddly especially if it is a hot day.
