If you still haven’t bought anything for your little ones to wear this weekend, there’s still time to grab something.
After hearing about Claudia Winkleman’s daughter Matilda and her accident last year, I am not going to suggest any costumes from your local supermarket. They just aren’t safe. I will, however, be suggesting items if they are ‘normal’ clothing but halloween themed. None of that synthetic crap.
Being so close to Halloween, you will have to pop to your local store to buy these as delivery might not get to you in time, unless you can pay for next day.
I’ve done a bit of browsing and here’s what I’ve found. Quick and simple items perfect for kids halloween outfits.
These 4 items are all from H&M. The long sleeve tees are only £2.99 and the hoody is £5.99. These are absolute bargains!
The above 6 items are from Zara. Boy do I love Zara kids clothes. The pumpkin jumper is £10.99, the navy ghost long sleeve top (which glows in the dark!) is £6.99, the appliqué bat long sleeve top is £8.99 and the white ghost long sleeve top is £4.99. And of course the leggings are £6.99.
The above 3 long sleeve t-shirts are absolute bargains. They are all from TU at Sainsburys (which is now available to buy online – yay!) and are in the sale. They have been reduced from £3.50 to £2.62. Head to your local store if you need a cheep and cheerful Halloween t-shirt for your little one. In fact, Lamb has the skeleton one and it glows in the dark! He wore it to nursery today and they turned the lights out and he loved his t-shirt lighting up!
So there’s a few cheap kids halloween clothes for you. I’m sure you all have what you need, but you never know when you need something last minute!

Aww, these are so cute! I picked up a Glow in the Dark George Pig Trick or Treat top for Oscar to wear tomorrow. I haven’t decided if we’re going to take him trick or treating or not yet!
