Here we are, Alex and Vicky, founders of Lamb & Bear. We’re here to chit-chat parenthood. The good, the bad and the ugly.
We really want our blog to be a honest reflection of modern parenting, warts and all. What’s a better way to start then revealing the ‘moments after giving birth’ photos? (Let us just hide under our blankets now…).
Β And here’s us now. 10 and 5 months after giving birth. Minus puffy eyes and hospital beds.
Love A&V xXx

Hi Katie, I was in and out of the labour room in 24 hours, but did spend 2 nights on the ward. I literally didn’t need anything while in labour as it all happened pretty quickly. But did get a bit bored on the ward. Its best to be totally prepared, as you cant predict anything! Next time i’ll certainly be taking a pack of cards π Alex xx
This hospital bag list is spot on, all I’d add is a pack of cards. I was induced so we had to stay on the ward just waiting around so it was nice to have a little something else to keep me and my husband occupied π
And a birth plan π mine defiantly came in handy! But that might come under baby bag π
Great blog girlies xoxo
Thanks Katie. Cards is such a good idea! I was induced too, and these would have been a brilliant way to pass the time. Vicky xx
