Bear has a lot of Peppa Pig toys in his toy box, and the latest addition is the Count With Peppa interactive toy which he’s been sent to review.
The Count With Peppa toy comes with 10 interactive coins to put into Peppa’s purse. Each one is a different number and colour and when placed into the purse Peppa knows which one it is! The toy has 2 levels of play with 8 different activities encouraging children to look for different numbers, colours and pictures to put into Peppa’s purse.

It’s always hard to judge what toys Bear will enjoy playing with, as he’s so used to playing with his brothers things. I wonder if we’ve skipped the toddler age toys?
But no surprise, as it’s Peppa Pig, but he loves it! He throughly enjoys organising the coins into Peppa purse and shouting out the colours and numbers.
As his speech isn’t quite there yet, it’s hard for us to know which numbers he knows. He’s fab with colours, so knows all of those, but when he counts he says “two, three, two, three!”
Recently we’ve been counting with him and we will say things like “five, six, seven…” and he said eight!
This toy is a great way for us to teach him the numbers 1-10 both verbally and visually.
What’s great about this toy is the fact it’s interactive. I don’t have to sit with him the whole time; the Peppa voice talking to him and asking questions means he can play with this by himself in his own time.
His big brother enjoys sharing it with him too!
I don’t LOVE toys that make noise, I mean not many parents do right? But this one isn’t too loud and I’m happy to let him play with this while I’m around. It doesn’t drive me mad ha!
