Well didn’t that fly by! Your first term at school has been and gone. It seems like 5 minutes ago when I was dropping you off on your first day, holding back the tears while your teacher held you back so I could leave.

The first week ended on a high. You were beaming about your new friends. You only remembered a couple of names, but that was enough to make you smile.
As the weeks went on you became less and less confident with leaving mummy each morning.
I’ll be honest, it’s been a little draining.

I’ve mentioned before hope I don’t make new year resolutions, but give myself goals to aim for. Something that isn’t set in stone, but that I can reflect on and use for motivation.
