Since my little baby bear was born my blog has been put on the back burner. I’ve been soaking up newborn cuddles and baby milestones. I’m trying to keep up but the demands of a baby just doesn’t allow it, which is why I’m here now, giving you an update on Lamb & Bear.
When I was in my first trimester of pregnancy I worked super hard on my blog and built up a strong following and readership. Keeping up with that is impossible now, which is a little disheartening. However, I’ve done it once so I can do it again.
You may have seen on social media that my new collection of leggings arrived. 2 weeks ago. Yet, they are still sat in their boxes in my dining room. They are not organised into tubs in my cellar like the rest of my product. They are not online selling like hot cakes (*crosses fingers*).
I want more than anything to be this super mum who can write a blog post every day, update social media regularly, run her own business. All while being a stay at home mum and working on her work from home career so she never has to leave her babies. But there’s just not enough hours in the day. So I’m choosing to be a mum. And if and when I manage to pick up my laptop and finish a blog post I will.
I’ve got review posts to write and events to attend. I want more than anything to keep up with blogging demands, but I just can’t. Luckily the PRs I work with are super understanding, and totally get that parenting bloggers can’t always commit to deadlines very easily. You never know when that pesky tummy bug will make an appearance (last week in our case).
I’ve committed to work and of course I’ll fulfill those commitments. I’ve even been offered a 3 month internship staring next week which will hopefully improve my blog & brand. I don’t want to look back on these early days of BBs life and remember feeling stressed and panicked about getting work done. That’s not what having babies is about.
Maybe you’ve noticed my lack of blog posts, maybe you haven’t. I’m just here to stay, please don’t forget about me, I’m still here, im still writing. I’m just putting my family first.

Bathtime is now a significant part of our day. It’s how we begin our bedtime routine and wind down the boys. Depending on how BB naps, my husband will bath him between 6 pm and 7 pm, with his bedtime straight after.
2. We recently became Childs Farm ambassadors and they sent us a Baby Essentials Kit to try out. It’s the first time I’ve used their products and I fell in love straight away. Not only are they gentle on sensitive skin, they smell delicious. Oh and did I mention I’ve got a discount code for you. Just head over to the

The products will be online very soon, I’m just trying to find the time to upload them!

If you’ve followed my blog since the beginning you’ll know that I lost the weight I gained in my first pregnancy by doing Weight Watchers. Now I’ve had my second baby, I’m back to following the Weight Watchers plan and attending the meetings weekly. You can read about my weight loss after having Lamb
