If you haven’t heard already, Bio-Oil have a fab new pregnancy app that gives you a time lapse of your growing baby bump! If only it was available when I was pregnant! They have created a 30 second video to give you a quick look at how it works. You can view it here.

Baby Bump App Features

• Capture your pregnancy journey by taking photos of your growing bump, with the option of saving to your camera roll if you want to save the photo separately.
• Photo Overlay: This means you can lay the photo you want to take over your previous photo, giving you perfect alignment each time.
• Photo Import: If you have a photo in your camera roll you want to import into the app, you can.
• Progress Video: You can watch a time lapse video of the progress of your growing bump at any time.
• Weekly Reminders: You can choose to receive a weekly reminder when it is time to take your bump photo, so you never miss that important shot.
• Photos: Click on the photo if you want to share, create a video and delete.
• Birth Announcement Video: Once your bundle of joy has arrived, you can send a birth announcement video to your friends and family.
• Personalise: You can add special information about your baby. Name, weight, time and date of birth.
• Share: Photos can be shared on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and by email. Videos can be shared by email, on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

Around 8 months pregnant (I think!)

I used bio-oil when I was pregnant with Lamb. I didn’t only use it on my bump, but also on my chest, legs and even bum! Anywhere that had a risk of stretch marks. I can’t say for anyone else, but I definitely believe bio-oil prevented me getting a huge amount of stretch marks. I don’t have any on my tummy; i’m lucky, I know. Whether you believe it works or not, I would highly recommend using it. You skin is put through a huge amount of strain as your bump grows, so it’s really important to do as much as you can to keep your skin hydrated.
