Well that’s it. I’ve got short pink hair!
Today has been quite overwhelming. I’ve gone from having super long, blonde hair, to short, asymmetric, bright pink hair!
I’ll be honest, I thought it would be subtler than this, but hey, if it’s for charity it shouldn’t be subtle!
The brightness will fade over the next week when it’s been washed a couple of times, so it won’t stay this bright for long.
I’m not going to lie, it will take some time to get used to, but Lamb LOVES it and that’s all that matters! If I’ve got his approval then I know I look good, he’s a pretty stylish kid after all!
At the time of writing this I’ve raised £435, that’s £85 over my original target, which is unbelievable. When I set a target of £350 I honestly didn’t expect to reach it, I was just being hopeful!

This wasn’t easy for me to do. Cutting wasn’t too bad, I’ve had short hair before, but I’ve never dyed my hair a different colour. I’m so protective over my blonde, I love it so much! This was a huge challenge for me and I feel I have really done something out of my comfort zone; this makes me feel very proud.
My JustGiving page is still open so I’ll continue to raise money for this wonderful cause. You never know, maybe I’ll reach £700 and help the charity buy 2 wigs for children who need them!

Well done! 🙂 Your hair looks awesome, I love pink hair (I’ve just dyed mine back to auburn/brown from pink yesterday – a lot brighter than yours so don’t worry!!!) and it’s a fantastic shade that you’ve got!

Well done! You look amazing with that choppy bob too! It’s such an amazing thing to do isn’t it? You’ll get used to the new length super fast, I had 16 inches off in November to donate too and altho sometimes I still miss it it’s so much easier to manage too! Win win!
