Kids Halloween Costume Ideas Under £5

It’s almost October which means it’s time to start hunting out those cheap and cheerful Halloween costume ideas for the kids! I refuse to spend much on Halloween. I don’t really celebrate it, but of course, if the boys ask to go trick or treating I won’t say no.

I’ve been looking on Amazon for costume ideas under £5 and have found some major bargains. If you like the look ion any, I’d buy quick as I doubt they will be in stock at these prices for very long.

First up is this werewolf costume in age 3-4 years. It includes the coveralls and the mask and at the moment is only £1.99 with free UK delivery!! At the time of writing this the website says 5 left in stock. Go, go, go!

If you have an 8-10 year old then this Evil Clown costume is only £4.20! It is an add-on item, so you’ll need to spend £20 on other items. But if you’re like me and shop in Amazon a lot, then that won’t be a problem. It is available in other sizes, but not at this price.

Next up is this crazy Skelton Face costume with oversized hat and cape. This is priced at £5 but does have a £1 delivery charge. Still a huge bargain though. You can get the costume for £5 in size 4-6 years (perfect for Lamb!), but bigger sizes are higher in price.

This bumble bee costume is super cute! And super cheap! It’s only £4.99 with free delivery. It doesn’t give a size but I’d guess it will fit from 2 years up. All you’ll need is black leggings and a long sleeve black top to go with it, which you can pick up from somewhere like H&M.

Another great find is this Frankenstein costume in age 7-9 years. Like the skeleton costume above, this costume is priced at £5 with £1 delivery. What’s great about this costume is the only additional item you need to buy is green face paint!

How adorable is this pumpkin costume! This is only £4.99 in a size 1-2 years (but does have a £1.99 delivery charge). If Bear was bigger (i.e not in a size 9-12 months even though he’s 16 months!) I’d totally get this for him. He’d rock being a pumpkin!

If you’ve got an older child to buy for too, then this Blackbeard Pirate costume is a bargain. The 10-12 years size is only £4.99, and is also available in 7-9 years for a higher price.

Who loves pandas? This toddler panda costume is adorable!! I’m not sure Lamb would want to dress up as a panda, perhaps this is more suited to Bear! Ha. Such a bargain at only £4.70.

Although we don’t really get super involved in Halloween, we do love watching things like Hotel Transylvania, Hocus Pocus and other Halloween family movies in October.
