Yesterday we took Lamb & Bear to pick their pumpkins for Halloween. Personally, I’m not really that interested in celebrating Halloween, but I won’t say no to watching Hocus Pocus on repeat for a week or two.
Having said that, going to a pumpkin patch was so much fun. I was desperate to find the most unusual and weird pumpkins to decorate our house. The boys LOVED running around looking for their perfect pumpkins. They’d find a great one, only to find one even better a little further along. I think Lamb would of brought twenty home if we let him!
As pumpkin spam is the done thing this time of year, it was only right that I took my new camera along for an impromptu photo session. I haven’t had chance to read the manual yet, but I’m happy with what I got using the automatic setting.
We did end up spending £25, which is WAY more than we wanted to, but, the boys had fun and I got my weird and wonderful pumpkins. Win, win.
Now we have the pumpkins I’m sure Lamb will be asking for a Halloween costume. Continuing with this theme it’s only right that I dress the boys up as pumpkins, don’t you think?
