When I was pregnant with Bear I was kindly sent a selection of products from Love Boo. I’ve had samples of their products before in goodies bags, but I’ve never tried more than that.
What I have tried was lovely so I was more than happy to review some of their range.
I was asked to choose a section from their site and was a little overwhelmed by the choice! They have such a wide range of products suitable for both mother and baby.
The first product I chose was one of their lovely gift sets called ‘My Little Box of Boo Boos‘. Inside you get sample sizes of their baby lotion, soft & splashy bubbles, top-to-toe wash and bottom butter. The gift set retails at £16.99.

What’s great about this set is not only can it be bought as a gift for a new baby, but you can buy it for yourself if you are going on holiday or travelling with kids. The mini sizes fit nicely into a wash bag or simple don’t take up much space in your bathroom at home! Anyone else end up with way too many toiletries taking over their bath?
The next product I chose is the Pillow & Room Spray. I chose this because since around 3 months old we have been struggling with Bears sleeping, and even now he still doesn’t sleep through the night.
This spray is amazing. I absolutely love the smell (it reminds me of a spa) and the first few times we used it I definitely noticed Bear slept better. To be honest it’s not cured his sleep issues as he has mild silent reflux, but it certainly relaxes him when we first put him to be and has become part of our bedtime routine.
This product retails at £12.99.
The last two products I chose were a large pot of the Soothing Bottom Butter and the Magic Balm.
I’ve tried a sample of the Bottom Butter before and LOVED it so I knew I wanted a large pot. I kept the small size from the gift set in my changing bag and the large pot at home.
This is such a lovely nappy cream. It’s quite thick, but spreads nicely and I really notice a different with my sons redness after a couple of uses. It also smells lovely.
Another favourite from the products I reviewed is the Magic Balm. This is amazing for both mother and baby, which is brilliant for on the go mums. I used this as a nipple cream while breastfeeding and a hand cream when my skin was dry. I also used it as a nappy cream for Bear.
It’s such a versatile product and something that would make an ideal gift for a new mum. This product retails at £12.99.
Overall I really love the Love Boo products. This brand is the perfect place to shop for a new mum/baby gift, or if you want a product that is gentle on your baby’s skin.

I’m interested with the Magic Balm. Is it unscented?
