Mother’s Day Gift Guide & Discount Codes!

It’s just over a week until Mother’s Day so I’ve put together a little gift guide to help anyone out there who’s stuck for ideas (that includes you Hubby!)

There’s a few brands I’m obsessing over at the moment and would make lovely gifts for Mother’s Day.

Clarins Beauty Flash Balm is one of my favourite skincare products. I either use it under my make up as a primer or as a mask before bed. It’s one of the only products I’ve used that I can genuinely see helps my improve the look of my skin.

I’m also obsessed with brand The Ordinary at the moment. I’ve got so many of their products (shhhh… don’t tell my other half). Actually they are so well priced it doesn’t break the bank when you stock up, so go for it, have a splurge! I buy mine from Cult Beauty or ASOS.

One of my favourite make up brands at the moment, and another brand that won’t break the bank, is NYX. If the person you’re buying for loves make up then you could certainly buy them a selection of these products. My fave items at the moment are these 2 eyeshadow palettes which you can buy from Cult Beauty or ASOS. (Only £8 each!)

Mums tend to like an alcoholic drink every now and then… I certainly do! I love a decent gin & tonic and Fever-Tree tonic is my fave brand at the moment. Their Elderflower tonic is lush. I actually saw this set in Aldi this morning and I’m pretty sure it was only £8! So if she loves gin, then head to your local Aldi and grab this bargain.

If you ask any mum what she wants for Mother’s Day, most of the time they will say ‘peace and quiet’. So what about organising a quiet night in. Maybe take the kids to Grandmas to stay and give her a ‘night off’. Some candles, bubblebath, prosecco and treats.

Another gift idea could be a new print for the house. My lovely friend Beth sells gorgeous print over on her shop Freddie & Co and this family print is lush.

One thing I have been really lusting after is a Neal’s Yard Aromatherapy diffuser and essential oils. My friend has one and every time I’m at her house and she’s using it, I instantly feel relaxed. So if you’re reading this hubby (which is unlikely) you know what to buy me!

Finally, Grace Cole sent me a couple of their products to try and OMG they are delicious. They kindly sent me a Wild Fig & Pink Cedar fragrant candle and relaxing bath soak which smell so lovely. These products are beautifully packages and would make such a lovely gift for someone on other’s Day.
