We were recently asked if Lamb and Bear wanted to try the new Vita Coco Kids drinks. Our answer “YES!”
You’ve probably seen the Vita Coco coconut water on the shelves in your local supermarket, or often in the press as a lot of celebrities drink coconut water, but you may not have seen the kids version. Daddy Lamb often drinks Vita Coco drinks, but we didn’t know they offered children’s cartons.
Little Lamb drinks so much during the day. If you have read my older posts, you will know he is a really fussy eater (lives off toast and cereal most days), so I think he compensates with drinking plenty of juice and milk. The problem is, I want to offer him healthy drinks (as well as water, which changes on a daily basis whether he will drink it or not). I couldn’t wait to let him try the Vita Coco Kids drinks, as I’ve heard so many great things about their regular coconut water.
We were sent 2 flavours of the Vita Coco Kids drinks. Apple & Blackcurrant and Mango & Pineapple. To be honest Lamb loves any juice, I don’t think he’s ever said no to a particular flavour, so I knew he would love both.
A little bit about Vita Coco Kids…

- RRP 4x 180ml £2.99
Lamb was 18 months when he tried the drinks and he had no problems holding the carton. Baby Bear however managed to squeeze juice everywhere (shes 13 months), so Mummy Bear won’t be giving her these drinks until she is a little older. So we recommend around 18 months is a suitable age for the cartons, unless your child is much more gentle when they hold the drinks!
Overall, we think the Vita Coco Kids drinks are fab and we will certainly be buying some more for Lamb. Thumbs up from us!
We were sent these drinks free of charge in return for our honest opinion and review.
