I hope you’ve been enjoying my toddler Christmas gifts guides, so far I’ve published one for gifts under £5, one for gifts under £10 and one for gifts under £20. This one is for ‘main presents’. You know, the big expensive gift that massively outshines the smaller, less expensive gifts, but that usually gets the least attention after Christmas. Lamb has a few things that are worth getting, even if they don’t get used every day.

1. This Chad Valley First Battery Powered Vehicle is absolutely amazing. Lamb got this from his ‘Pop Pop’ (Grandad) for his 2nd birthday. I’ve never seen a product like it. It’s only ideal up to the age of 3 years, so I would recommend getting this around 18 months to 2 years so you get plenty of use out of it. Lamb instantly loved it. There’s one pedal to make the bike drive and it doesn’t go too fast that it’s out of control. You see electric bikes and cars in the toy shops and they are always for the older kids, I was so excite that my dad found one suitable for toddlers. I seriously recommend this bike.
2. The Ikea Duktig play kitchen is amazing. We wanted to get something neutral that wouldn’t stand out too much in Lambs bedroom, or downstairs if we decided to keep it there for him. I didn’t want anything plastic and brightly coloured. This was perfect. We bought all of the accessories to go with it and this is a hit when Lamb has his friends over. The great thing is you can either buy the whole kitchen or just the bottom part f you wanted something smaller. The full kitchen is only £65, which is a complete bargain.

 

3. Lamb was recently sent the amazing Toddlebike 2 to review. I’ve decided to include it on the Christmas gift guide because we are super impressed with it. It’s quite small and really lightweight so the perfect first bike for Lamb to get practicing on. He took to it straight away and seemed to get the hang of turning etc. I think this is really well priced at only £24.95. I’ll be writing a full review on the blog in a few weeks but thought I would give it a quick mention now as we think it would make a great toddler gift.

4. Lamb absolutely loves his car mat. We bought one from Ikea and it was only £10 but its’s quite small and doesn’t have much road for him to drive his cars on. I definitely wish I got a bigger one that would entertain him for longer. I’ve found this Reversible Roadmap Farmlife Playmat on Amazing for only £22.18 (RRP £47.99). It’s reversible and has a road map on one side and a farm scene on the other. lamb would love this as he has an obsession with tractors at the moment.

 

5. Ok, so this is more of a summer toy, but Lamb uses his slide all year round. He got this Little Tikes Easy Store Large Slide for his birthday land plays with it every time he’s in the garden. At the moment you can get it on Amazon for around £90, which is quite pricey, but it’s bigger than some of the other toddler slides so will last longer. It can also be folded away for easy storage. No matter what the weather, Lamb is outside as much as he can playing with his garden toys.

Time for another toddler Christmas gift guide! If you haven’t seen my previous posts I’ve got a toddler Christmas gift guide under £5, and a toddler Christmas gift guide under £10 which are worth a look as there’s some awesome products on there (well and truly loved by Lamb).

1. This has to be one of Lambs favourite toys. Well, it’s not really a toy, it’s a bag, but he loves to carry his toys around in it! Mr Tumble is a household favourite with most toddler, so what more would they want then their very own Mr. Tumble Spotty Bag! I think this will be a hit with any tumble fan. I bought Lambs from Tesco, but you can grab one on Amazon for £14.97.

 

 

 

2. We all know toddlers love to get involved with housework (it’s probably the only time our kids want to help us!) so a hoover is a fab gift. We got Lamb this Little Helper Dyson Ball from Tesco, which you can also get on Amazon for £15.96. It’s so realistic Lmab actually thinks he’s hoovering with me. Whenever I hoover the house he always say “Jaxson get my hoover” and helps me! There’s 2 buttons for sound/effects. On on the front that makes the balls spin around the drum and one on the back for sound (which I didn’t know about for ages!

 

 

3. Lamb is absolutely obsessed with his train set right now. If you have a 2 year old child this Christmas, that doesn’t own a wooden train set, buy them one! There’s so many out there and I’d say they are all of a similar standard. Lamb has the Big City one from ELC, but it’s more than £20 so I can’t include it in this gift guide. I’ve found this Chad Valley 60 Piece Train Set on Amazon for £19.90 – bargain! 

4. If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen the odd photo of Lamb walking his trolley to the supermarket and back. It’s one of his favourite things to do! He gets so many looks and comments while he’s ‘doing his shopping’ because he looks so damn cute while he’s helping mummy shop. We bought his shopping trolley from B&M Bargains for around £15 but it’s not on their website so I’ve found this Shopping Grocery Trolley from Amazon for £13.99. With the extra pretend food items, I think that’s a really good price.

 

 

5. Another favourite in our house is Lambs art easel. He got it for his 2nd birthday and it such a great item to have for rainy winter days. The one we have is from Ikea and I highly recommend it. It’s only £16 and you can buy lots of fab accessories to go with it. Felt tips, chalk, wipeable pens etc. Gotta love Ikea kids department!

1. Probably one of Lambs favourite toys I’ve ever bought him are his Mister Maker Bath Squirter Shapes. You should of seen his face when he got them for his birthday. Mister Maker is one of his favourite programmes and he’s obsessed with the shapes. For a good 6 months he carried these around with him everywhere. If your little one loves the shapes as much as Lamb, you can’t fail with these bath squirters. Total bargain for £6.95.

2. More Melissa & Doug of course (I’m obsessed). Their wooden stamping kits are lovely. There’s lots of different ones, but I couldn’t resist this dinosaur stamp set for Lambs 2nd birthday earlier this year. It’s such a fun activity for toddlers without them making too much mess! You can buy this set from Amazon for £8.09.

 

 

 

3. This Fireman Sam Jupiter toy is probably Lambs most popular toy. No matter which friend comes to see him, they all want to play with it. In fact, he first played with his cousins (who’s a girl by the way) and they spent the afternoon bickering over it! I just had to buy him one. You can get one from Amazon for £9.99, however we bought Lambs from B&M Bargains for £8.

 

4. Ok, so Christmas is a little cold for garden toys, but Lamb still loves running around the garden with his toy lawn mower. This isn’t the exact one he has, but I thought this was a really good deal as you get the accessories with it! Perfect for boys or girls, this will be sure to last the year and get them outside and away from Cbeebies! You can grab this lawn mower set from Amazon for £9.29.

 

 

5. We bought Lamb a cash register for his 2nd birthday as I’ve noticed him enjoy playing with them at baby & toddler group. The one we got was from Tesco but it’s not available anymore so I’ve found another that’s under £10. I have a love for wooden toys so love this Viga Cash Register from Amazon. Plus it doesn’t make any sounds (which I wish Lambs didn’t).

 

All of my suggestions are based on toys that Lamb has and loves.
