The third trimester begins at about 30 weeks into your pregnancy. At that point, the baby is essentially fully formed, and just needs a little more time to grow into the bundle of joy that will eventually emerge after about nine months.
The third trimester is different from the other two. For the first 30 weeks, you can get away with generally living your life in the same way that you always did.
