I’ve been keeping a little secret from you (kind of) and have been given the thumbs up to share my news.
Last month I was chosen to be part of this years Mamia Parent Panel – cool hey?!
The opportunity is open to everyone, you don’t have to be a blogger. All you have to do is apply through their facebook page.
The application process is simple. Stage 1 is applying through facebook. A short paragraph explaining why you think you are the right person for the role. Stage 2 (once you have been shortlisted to the top 30) is to send a video of you and your little one/s sharing your fave Mamia products and why. They asked us to be as creative as we want so I sent in a video of Lamb shopping in Aldi with his shopping trolley! I’m sure you’ve seen the photos on Instagram.
After sending my video I was then picked to be one of 10 people to join the Mamia Parent Panel. Each month I will be sent a hamper of goodies to try and test, with a different theme each month.
I will also be featured in the Aldi Special Buys leaflet with my thoguhts on the products.
Oh, who’s that in this month’s leaflet?!
I shop in Aldi every week (there’s one 5 mins walk from my house) so I’m really excited to get involved with the team on new and upcoming products. I may even get to visit their head office to have a chat!
Last month we were sent a hamper of goodies from their Mamia range as well as a selection of what’s in their baby and toddler event, which starts tomorrow! I’ll write a review on this hamper and post it separately.
Keep an eye out each month for regular posts on my experience as a Mamia Parent Panel member, and look out for updates on social media.
There’s a review on some of the Mamia range on the blog already if you want to take a look here.
Ax

There are loads of rides and attractions based around some of the favourite Cbeebies characters. Lamb particularly liked Mr Tumbles Sensory Garden, Postman Pat’s Parcel Post ride, and Charlie and Lola’s House. Be warned, not all of the characters are there and I have been told they are looking to expand, so we will just have to visit again once they do! For example, we were pretty disappointed not to see Mister Maker’s Shapes there as these are Lambs absolute favourite. Also I thought we might see national treasure Peter Rabbit there. Even though, what is there is so much fun and hugely entertaining.
