Let’s face it. Not all of us enjoy the stress, strain and outright competitiveness of organised team sports. And some of us don’t really like the idea of exercise at all. *Puts hands up*
But there are still ways that we can be active – and have fun while we’re doing it. This post is going to look at activities which are both accessible and enjoyable. It’s all about getting out there and doing it.

No matter what the weather is like during the Winter months, my boys LOVE going outside. Playing in the garden, going to the park, walking in the woods. Honestly, the weather could be arctic and they still run around like little puppies having insane amounts of fun.
I’ve been putting off writing a post about Bears sleep (or lack of) in the hope that maybe, just maybe, he might start sleeping, and I’d feel a bit of a plonker complaining he doesn’t sleep in a blog post.
