Parenting is the most wonderful thing in the world. Unfortunately, those magical years will pass by in the blink of an eye. Therefore, it’s essential that you make the most of them by creating as many memories as you possibly can.
It can seem tough, especially with today’s hectic lifestyles. However, you needn’t give up just yet. You simply need a winning plan of action. Here are some o the key features to consider.
Start by building a happy home
Home is where the heart is, and a property you can love provides a platform for success. Everyone deserves to look back on their childhood home with fond memories. The house needn’t be perfect to be happy, and you should learn to focus on the right priorities.
Even when buying a home on a budget, safety comes first. Meanwhile, it’s important to have games and activities that you can enjoy as a family. Opting for slightly cheaper drapes or carpets is a worthy sacrifice if it means you’ll have more fun and entertainment. After all, the house is for living.
Besides, accidents will occur. They are less impactful when you made the right décor choices.
Enjoy vacations
Holidays are known to provide some of the best moments in our lives. They are something all families can look back on with a smile too. While there is no one right solution, we’d suggest that little and often is ideal.
It’s still possible to make great memories at a campsite or UK resort. Family breaks to Europe can be surprisingly affordable. There’s nothing wrong with the once-in-a-lifetime trip to Orlando. Still, the most expensive trips can usually wait until the kids are grown up. After all, there’s little value for money if the adventures aren’t enjoyed by all.
Consider the interactions
Relationships are the true key to happiness. As such, spending time with the right people should remain a priority at all times. There is nothing wrong with cutting toxic friendships away. This can cover childhood friendships as well as the people you associate with.
Your family comes first and you have to do what’s right for you. Human relationships aren’t the only option, though. Weighing up the pros and cons of getting a pet dog is something to consider too. It’s not for everyone, but the extra bundle of love can bring you closer together. Better still, you’ll be encouraged to go out an create more memories.
Don’t forget to cherish them
Experiencing this beautiful life together is the key to enjoying your family life. However, it’s equally important to actually reminisce and remember those magical moments. Investing in a quality DLSR camera will certainly aid the cause.
Once you’ve taken all of those incredible photos, you need to keep them. Learning how to access iCloud photos on Mac can be a vital step. Moreover, you can consider printing those photos onto canvases or other items for the home. Looking back on those moments can be very comforting when life gets tough.
They are the best home design features too.

We’re about half way through the summer holidays and with the weather being a little cooler, it’s time to crack open the arts and crafts cupboard to keep the kids occupied.
As I mentioned before I’m not the first person to suggest painting with the kids. Mainly because they lose their interest way too quickly. I spend time setting up the table with paints, palettes, brushes and paper. I let them mix a million colours (to my despair), cover endless amounts of paper, then suddenly declare they’re “finished!” after 15 minutes.
Just like a glue stick, the paint sticks twist up and down allowing you to use as little or a much paint as you require. The solid paint formula means not only do you not require brushes or water, but there’s very little MESS!
Like other paint products you don’t need to let the paint dry, but due to the solid formula there’s no spillages or dripping. I suppose it’s like a soft crayon consistency.
As well as the Paint Sticks Bucket, we also received a 24 set of classic colours and metallic colours. As you can see from the image above, Lamb used gold for the sand on his beach!

A few things I love about the Paint Stick products is they obviously create very little mess. They’re easy for my 3 and 6 year olds to use, but more importantly they are made from recycled plastic.
Well here I am finally sitting down to get some stuff off my chest. I know I’m not around here much at the moment but I simply can’t do it all, and after the drama I had with the crazy person when I was in labour with Bear, I simply fell out of love with this world, and that person tarnished the wonderful online space I had built for myself.
It’s a place we all dream of visiting, even us grown-ups. BUT it comes with a hefty price tag. That dream
