If you don’t know who or what Vampirina is, you better check yourself and turn on Disney Junior right now. This ghoulish girl is the title character, packing up her Transylvania ways and heading across the pond to Pennsylvania. My daughter, son and pretty much anyone who glances at the tv in my household is hooked. Not only is it quaint and family orientated, it’s really pro girl empowerment, something which is truly needed in today’s environment.
Book Review ~ The Tree, The Key and Me from Librio

This month we have been reading a brand new book form Librio called ‘The Tree, The Key, and Me‘.
I don’t have many memories from when I was young. I moved to Essex when I was 10 and basically anything from my childhood in Yorkshire before then is almost non existent, which is sad really.
One thing I do remember is how much my brothers and I read with our mum. Bedtime stories were popular in our house (Enid Blyton’s The Wishing Chair was our fave) and I remember snuggling up in our parents bed surrounded in books.
We even made our own library by colouring in little squares of paper and sticking them to the spine of our books, just like a real library!

PJ Masks Super Moon HQ & Rocket Review!
I have to say, this is probably one of the boys favourite reviews to be part of so far. Why??
Because they, along with their cousins, were sent a huge bundle of PJ Masks goodies to try out, including the new Super Moon HQ and Rocket!
We’ve been fans of the show for a couple of years now, and my little bear cub is particularly fond of Ghekko.
As part of this review we got to hold a PJ Masks party with my Niece and Nephew, which other than being rather chaotic, was A LOT of fun! But first, let’s review the toys.

I’ve talked about my health issues with you all before. Hypothyroidism is something I’ve lived with for almost 10 years. The effects it has on my general health is more than I ever expected.
Ok, I’m not suffering terribly, this is very much a manageable disease, but it does take it’s toll on my energy and can have knock on effects on other issues.
