Mother’s day is just around the corner and I know hubby will need some help finding something to buy for me from Lamb. In his defence he did pretty well last year and bought me a silver owl necklace as Lambs favourite animal at the time was an owl (thanks to The Gruffalo).
However, if I go by past mother’s days, valentines days or birthdays he may want a little push in the right direction.
I’ve had a little look online and think a lot of mums would really appreciate some of these gift idea. Nothing too pricey and all available to buy online with pretty quick delivery.Busy B is a gorgeous stationary brand. I’m currently using their Baby B Pregnancy Journal and I love it. A mum can’t have enough notebooks or organisers so why not take a look at this Family Diary or this Address Book.
Everyone loves candles. Well, everyone I know anyway. A mum will not be disappointed if you buy her a yummy candle, especially if you team it with a relaxing bubble bath and glass of bubbly (alcohol free for me of course!) This Yankee Candle Fluffy Towel candle would be perfect to freshen up the home and make a relaxing environment.
Don’t forget the key to a woman’s heart is usually chocolate! I love Lindt (thank you to Lindt for sending me some for Mother’s Day! Yum!) and I wouldn’t complain if hubby and Lamb bought me some. This Lindt Lindor Amour Heart Box would make a great gift for mum.
A bit of blogger love here for The Unmumsy Mum. She’s hilarious and I’d love to read this book. “The Unmumsy Mum writes candidly about motherhood like it really is: the messy, maddening, hilarious reality, how there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach and how it is sometimes absolutely fine to not know what you are doing.”
How cool are these Womens Avengers Pyjamas! Lamb would be so excited if he could buy them for me. We all know how obsessed he is with The Avengers. Nothing beats a new pair of pjs. Of course as I’m pregnant I’d have to buy these in a bigger size or wait until after baby is born to wear them!
Perfume is always an easy option if you’re struggling of things to buy. I absolutely love Viktor & Rolf scents but I never want to spend the money on buying it for myself. This Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Gift Set would make a lovely gift for any mum (as long as they like sweet scents!)
During this pregnancy I’ve suffered with dry hands. These little babies we carry in our belly’s love to take all of our goodness and leave us suffering! Of course, it’s totally worth it. I’ve heard amazing things about Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Hand Treatment and would be so happy if Lamb bought this for me for Mother’s Day.
As with the Elizabeth Arden hand cream I’ve heard amazing things about Liz Earle products. In fact my mum is a huge fan. Unfortunately no matter how much I’m glowing during this pregnancy I’m still suffering with breakouts. This Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Starter Kit is exactly what I need.
I think I’ll leave the list there. I could go on forever! If you want nay more ideas you can read my Mother’s Day Gift Guide from last year or my poem called What Do We Really Want?
